A recent email was a guy with a bit of past Local SEO Services knowledge.
He asked me if we were going to create some reviews and citations so that his site would rank better in the Search Engines and Google Places.
So I gave him our honest answer and told him that doing those kinds of things is shady and could be deemed as illegal.
I told him that our Local SEO Clients are ranking very well with our Level 1 Subscriptions. That more then 90% of them are ranking on the first page and over 70% of them are ranking in the top three organic listings.
"Wow, without doing citations and reviews through Yelp and Merchant Circle?" He asked.
It's these kind of questions that we deal with on a constant basis because SEO Companies are constantly faking their way to the top, doing risky backlinking and lying to their customers about what they are doing.
